The intense nature of this composition was inspired by the diverse cultures and history found in South Florida. The emotional struggle found within these diverse populations is experienced musically. Commissioned by the Miami-Dade County Public Schools, this passionate work has been masterfully scored by Victor Lopez. The repetitive non-traditional rhythms are easily taught and establish a groove and enhance the intensity of the work. This compelling composition deserves favorable consideration.
